Returns + Exchanges

Need to return or exchange your jacket? It’s alright, we get it. These things happen. Here’s what you need to know.

We give you 90 days, that’s right, a full 3 months from when your product arrives to let us know you want to send it back. The reason why we give 90 days for returns and not the usual 30 days is because we are very confident in the quality of the jackets and know you’ll just love it. If 90 days has passed according to the tracking number we sent you, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Seems fair, right?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also, to qualify for a refund or exchange, the product needs to be unused and undamaged (obvi) and in the same package and condition that you received it in. Once we’ve given it the once over and deemed it in tip-top condition, you’ll be eligible to request an exchange or a refund. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

        • Contact details + shipping address
        • Order number
        • Reason for the return
        • Please let us know if you would like a refund or exchange your item.
        • If you need an exchange, please specify the new size and name of the jacket
        • If product is faulty please supply photo or videos of the issue
    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
